Location
The Bush House is a bed and breakfast homestay guesthouse for gay men and is situated 12kms from Gold Coast's surf beaches on the edge of the magnificent hinterland. The nearest beaches are Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach. Surfers Paradise is about 20 minutes drive to the north.
The house is in an elevated position on the side of the range with views across part of the valley towards the east. From here you can take a short drive which gives you spectacular views of the coast and the mountains.
Your Experience
UUnwind by the pool or in the spa, soaks up the sun (clothing optional), fire up the barbeque or relax wit your partner in the gazebo with a glass of wine and be enchanted by valley views and bird calls (and you can feed the Kookaburra's). In winter, set the base for your summer tan on the sun deck. Your Bush House experience can be either a relaxing time doing nothing or you can fully entertain yourselves taking in the sights and experiences the Coast has to offer - it's your choice! We can arrange a gay male masseur to complete your relaxation.
Attractions
All the attractions of the Gold Coast are at your fingertips including theme parks, sandy surf beaches, excellent shopping centres, Conrad Jupiters Casino and an amazing choice of nightclubs. Be sure to party at Meeting Place (MP’s as the locals know it), the Gold Coast’s best gay bar – MP’s at Surfers Paradise is open every night or visit the Capital Bar which attracts a gay, lesbian and alternative crowd as well as other sex on premises venues including The Den Club and Club R in Surfers Paradise.
'Go West' to the amazing hinterland townships of Springbrook, Canungra and Mount Tamborine - losing yourselves in the boutique restaurants, cafes and galleries
Note: There is no public transport nearby so a car is essential - car hire is available locally. We can pick you up and drop you back to the Coolangatta airport or Robina train station if requested. |
